I don’t claim to be the first one to say this
but a few years ago it became my Mantra

Each of us are Folks Of Interest
with stories to tell - I am fortunate
enough to be able to share them
sometimes

I approach each day with an
attitude of gratitude - grateful
for another day above ground

I was raised in a time when
you extended a hand to help
and not to turn your palm up
to be greased

Once again, my faith is renewed
as I see the outpouring of help
directed towards Gene Winfield
by The Hot Rod Family …
