Man oh man how the world works. as a lot of you guys know I bought a decent 33 phaeton from Hamber ContinentalJohn a month or so back. Well, what no one really knows is what provoked me to buy it. I had heard about a 34 roadster that a friend of mine had in Portland. I wanted it bad but things didn't work out and it sold to a guy on the east coast. So I figured I would never get a roadster, talked to John on his Phaeton and struck a deal.

Fast forward to last week. My friend with that roadster called me and asked if I was still interested in it, as the orriginal buyer could not get the money. Of course I was, but now didn't have any money. Well, my Dad jumped at the opportunity to own the phaeton so a deal was made that if I bought the roadster he would buy the tub from me. We went down and looked at the roadster yesterday and I bought it. Made my Dad really happy :D

The roadster is all in pieces, but what is there is really decent. Needs some common repair panels, but it is a very strait car and 99% complete (body wise). Got it home, got the phaeton over to my Dads, and mocked up the roadster. Needless to say I am stoked, this really is a dream come true. Has a super *****in chopped windshield and stantions that came with it. I need to get a wood kit for it and start making it structural. Funny how things work out sometimes!!

This is just mocked up, nothing aligned so it's all out of square. Pretty torn on fenders or fenderless...leaning on highboy.

Fenders Chris....Fenders. Not the Geetar but the actual fenders for your roadster is the only way to go.
