    anyone in Ventura have a bell housing or scattershield they dont need
    i need one to put a muncie behind a sbc so i can set up the motor mounts

    cut out the firewall and set the motor back today

    I like it! Who cares if it was popular in the 50's? If all we care about is what was popular then, then almost all of the unique cars would not be built. My '42 Chevy was probably not popular then , but I love it. Most guys don't even know what it is. Keep up the good work.

    I don't want to hi-jack this thread, but what really makes a car a gasser? I never really was into drag racing; still don't understand the classes...
    Does putting a straight axle under a(ny) car make it a gasser? This in no way is a negative about your Rambler - I like it! I'm just an ole fart still trying to learn something.
