My Buick and my Dad, he has Alzheimer's and is in assisted living but I bust him out on Friday nights to go to the cruise-in. He loves it, every time he sees the same old cars it's all new to him.

I plan on it as long as he's able. He loves to ride around in the Buick, we were out until dark tonight.

Alzheimer's is such a vicious disease and I also had to deal with it. God bless you for the effort and no doubt he has moments of old memories. You put new life in him every time you take him with you believe me I know.
