    No envy here.
Just goes to show ya the journey is always more fun than the destination!!!
    Great find!!
    Everyone else just keep looking.

PS As I am an appraiser also, Here to tell ya most of them are honest. A dishonest appraiser would have bought them for himself.
So lighten up on the appraiser for doing his job. Not so easy to figure out how fickle the buying public is on an everyday basis.

What a find! And yes they are still out there, although mine is no where near as nice or complete as those are. I did get one after looking for 20 plus years.

No Luck involved. I don't know them personally, but know people that do and they say Josh and his dad are stand up, Hard working people. I did get to meet them at the Pumpkin Run this year. Nice score. Congrats! They are Way out of my league. I would have to sell my house and probably could only buy half of one. Hehehe

I am sure someone here called and asked the price. So what is the price for these cars?

Don't need to hear the old story, "If you have to ask, you can't afford it". I am just curious and sure someone has checked into it. :)

Hopefully the lady got at least 100 grand, because there is more money left in them for sure.

Didn't a rusted original 3w go sell for like 80 or 100 grand at last years or the year before LA roadster show?

My Photo bucket account got full.. so I went ahead and upgraded and actually paid for it!:D Hope this helps you guys that can't see them.

I spoke with Paul today, he is happy I sent guys his way. The "Hotord" is definatly for sale..

A few of you have realized where I stand on this deal..

It wasn't about turning a buck, it wasn't about going broke trying to keep one..

    IT WAS ABOUT THE ADVENTURE!!!

How often do you get to pull TWO old 32's out of storage that were put ther BEFORE YOU WERE BORN!!

I'll be tellin my grand kids about this..

And I got to do it with my old man!;)

Finding two 3W coupes that nice is unbelieveable. What really blows my mind is how the Deuce, with its very short production life, survived in such great numbers. Look around, there just aren't that many '32 anythings around like there are '32 Ford's. It says to me that Henry made a hell of a good car (and all steel with very little wood) and that these cars were special to a lot of people. If they weren't they would have been gone a long time ago.

  23. Holy **** man, those are sweet. They have to be way up there in price, I mean just look at the condition! We all know rusty **** 32's sell for five times what they should. Man thats cool, wish I could own the rod. BTW the "orb" pics are kinda freaky haha

Great story Josh. I like your at***itude.
True hotrodders and great people on the board!
    I don't know though..
I think I would have been tempted to sell just about every tool and maybe even a car to keep that original 32.
Someday... you're going to think back on the memories and wish you bit the big one. You guys definitely have it together!

    Called Paul Atkins :)

He wants 90 grand for the Hot Rod one ( SBC and chrome grill shell ) and 100 grand for the one with no engine ( the more original looking one with the stock rims/tires ). Pretty strong cash $$$ ... I guess that's WHY he still has them.
