Smitty....I appreciate your ideas and respect your opinions...but let's substitute "me" for "us"...meaning all of us...Tx HAMBers,that is...at this point, I need to get more involved, meet and learn from more of you, BUILD and CREATE.....not just paint and paper....anyone can do that....paper reps are worthless.....Time to let the hype go, let others parade around their Kostume Kulture cereal box diplomas, and go underground.....No Rat Fink parties, no gallery exhibits, no scenesters....learn from the Tx BUILDERS....make new friends.....and BUILD MY OWN ....

So if the "swap and bop" is at 2, and the art and cars are "later"...what time are we talking about? Where are the art-types gonna be arting? How much room is being "designated" for art related fesivities? I'm asking these ?'s because this was suppose to be an art oriented gathering not a "Swap and Bop" with some art freaks crammed in a dark corner somewhere. At the risk of pissing some people off...I would like to see this thing be more in the spirit of the original RF Reunions...artists,stripers and letterers getting together and throwin some paint around for fun and charity.

The original intent of Ed's parties were for fundraisers for the Shriners Childrens hospital etc.....The purpose of newer parties are to help the Roth estate keep up with legal expenses and copyright protection.....
I hope we can have an auction by us HAMB artists to benefit the board...Lately,it is a cause we feel very strongly about....So how about a HAMB benefit auction?

I know most of the RLB. I'll ask if they want to come down to the show, but I doubt it will happen. The charge a pretty penny (but worth it) for there shows. They come to the Roundup and the Drags to promote their shows.
