I just talked to the treasurer of the club and he confirmed.
The Ty-Rods Old Timers meet has been moved to a new location.

It's in Lancaster, MA on Rt 117 off of Rt 495
It's where they have the Bolton Fair.
The Date is Sunday September 10th

    Pass it on

I guess Prowse Farm was hitting them for lots of extras. Hopefully this place will be better. Lancaster's alot closer for me. I liked it in Hudson, that place was cool.. just my .02

  6. My truck's never missed one yet so you can bet I'l be there. Liked the Canton grounds but not the ride down there. Lancaster's a nicer ride for sure. This is the 5th or 6th location and each has had it's plus's and minus's. What will be will be.

yeah they were gaffing them. because they could. Seems everywhere that someone finds for a good location- the owners find a way to make more cash off of the group.
Sucks- whatever happened to having a great show in an open field and having fun- although in Lancaster we're gonna have to compete for space with the farm animals!!! :D It'll be niuce scenery that day for a drive...

I guess what happened was the farm wanted the club to pay 11,000 dollors for this year,a real screw job.

Wow- thats what we paid for the Eastern States (BIG E) for the Right Coast- too much $$$ just for fun. Now you know why we moved the August show to Berlin CT

Yeah I am looking for a place to hold the Blacktop Butchers car show and there is no way I am paying a single cent. I like grass roots back yard type shindigs. That way you cant get in trouble for drinking to much whiskey.
