Jim, this will be my last response on this thread, at least to you because I could have an easier time rationalizing with my dog, so please just answer this question simply: Did Jasmine Spenser, the manager of the U-haul towing program (not me, not an online magazine, article, or a commenter who isn't me or you or anyone else, but Jasmine Spenser, the manager of the U-haul towing program) say that the new Toy Hauler trailer has a higher capacity than the current car trailer? Here is her quote, and let me know if she said the Toy Hauler has a higher capacity than the current car trailer offering. Not me. Not you. But Jasmine Spenser, the manager of the U-haul towing division:

Jasmine Spencer, manager of the towing program at U-Haul headquarters, told Road & Track. “By adding this higher capacity option, the rental fleet can better serve a wider range of customer needs, ensuring that there are suitable trailers available for both smaller and larger vehicles, as well as a wide variety of cargo options.”

 

Also states “vehicles” above as well.

 

I am stating facts whereas you are
implying use based on personal
interpretation of a weight capacity
rating of a new design of trailer
added to a fleet of rental trailer options.

Taking bits and pieces out of context
does not change the name of the
trailer which clearly states it is
“ The U-Haul Toy Hauler “.
