I will be going to vegas 17 th to 21 Sept, L.A. 22 to 26 Sept and San fran 27 to 3 Oct,would like some ideas of which hot rod shops,shows,etc to check out.....Rod...

did it last year.........had a ball. go to alcatraz, night tour...H&H flathead guys in LA....kiwi connection bakersfield...just reread your question, as for shows, if you are there for the winfeild watson gig out in the mojave desert, YOU MUST GO......meet all the guys, gene, barris, foose, bill hines, larry watson, norm growbosky, bo huff.......great day.....I miss that show.....have a ball bud.....Bert

as for your trip, go to the las vegas speedway and drive a nascar...for real...$200

 

If time permits, visit World of Speed at Bonneville, September 15 through 19. Many of the same cars that will be at Speedweek, but fewer people. That means rooms are easier to get, lines shorter, cooler tempuratures, and a fun experience.
