I saw what looked to be a really nice '61 or '62 Impala a couple years ago. As I rounded the right rear quarter of the car, these same taillights were molded into the decklid or into the rear bumper or something.... Screwed up the looks of the rest of the car.

It supports the saying, "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should".

If you can imagine the trunk of a 63 Biscayne. My buddy put the oval Vette tailights in place of the stock lights. Doesn't look bad,but not my taste. I wish I could find that picture of that red Merc,Lambo doors,tilt front end,chopped,tubbed,and blown motor,from Paso,last year. Somebody has to have a picture.

 

I think the Fidgiter just sole the show. I was gonna say I shed a tear for that 57 Chevy, but it's so fucked up, I'm not sure that's the car I should be lamenting.

I seen this guy once on a yahoo chat room, he showed me that car. I cant believe you guys posted the blue bubble top ford in here that thing is awsome. Extremely wierdo 1960`s style. that what makes it cool, reminds me of drawing jetson`s style cars when i was 5 years old.

I don't know, I think to each his own. I see plenty of cars that most people like, and I think they are ugly as shit. When I put something together for me, it's whatever I want. I try not to give to much thought as to what anyone thinks.

It is done, beautiful car hand built by Gary Meyers and Eldon Titus here in Wichita, Purple white interior, Won the $20K at Starbirds in tulsa earlier this year. Will be at Salina at the KKOA show end of the month.
