Unchanneling a 5 window

    Just a few pictures of the five window being unchanneled. I know some are going to be upset with me, but it's what uncle Frankie wants. We decided on unchopped, stock body, all steel, and black paint.

  2. Looks good.I actually prefer an un channeled car.I unchaneled my 32 3-window also.

    Wholeheartedly agree with the unchanneling. I imagine it was probably done years ago and the quality of the job was subpar. With todays techniques and parts availability you can get a car super low with ch***is modifications and a top chop while preserving the integrity of the body in stock form. Keep the progress reports coming.

    I'm with Uncle Frankie on this one except the top. A little chop improves the flow.

    I'm currently building a channeled 33 Ford 5 window, because I have always liked the 50's channeled and fenderless look. But, I unchanneled my 34 3 window when I build it - its your car, I figure, so do what you want with it. Looks like great work so far!
