27 here with the aches of an old man. HOLY CRAP BATMAN I'm A SENIOR GUY ALREADY. Hmmm What happened? How did the time fly. Oh Hell Ill still feel this way till the day I die. I just remember all the other guys who helped me with all my projects. THANKS GUYS WHERE EVER YOU ARE... I would not change a thing and I aint about to stop yet....
Turned 24 in Jan. 53 f100 here. Owned mostly 60's cars til now. Love my flatheads. Even have a 30-31 coupe inked on my arm hehe
23 here, still working on my '62 Fairlane I've had since I was 17, all shaved, smoothed, and soon ready for a pearly two-tone. Next one will definitely be older, shooting for a '27 RPU hopefully.
Im 15. worked for 2 years and bought myself a 69 goat. Only 2 months till i drive. its gonna be the longest 2 months of my life.
I was under thirty once. Been more that another thirty since then. But I had a hot rod at the time. I still keep thinking I'm under thirty. Nasty when I remember the truth.
23 here current project 1952 chevy deluxe. working on installing chevy 305 with at trans and s-10 rear end... future plans chop top and full airride!!! goin for the custom look!!!
28 here. Started with ricers, but got tired of it after a while. It was great when I was into autocross, and the motors are really nice to work with. Unfortunately, the idiots who drive the same type of car suck most of the fun out of it, and the police have no sense of humor when it comes to 11 to 12 second Civics on "thier" streets Went to vintage iron and never looked back.
im 28 and been in it be for i could say paso ive always had old cars& lowriders its always hard to find true deticated young guns that love this sport
Just turned 30 last week. Do I still count? 1957 chevy 210 2door hardtop 31 model a sedan 31ish model a sedan chopping to extended cab truck 71 honda cb750 cafe racer various other bits and piles along with a couple of old mini bikes
28 here. Ive got a 36 ford 3w, 27 roadster, 51 ford pu, 73 buick apollo, 73 sportster,57 cushman on the road and i am curently building a 51 merc panel truck for the shop and a 34 5w that i hope to get on the road this summer and a 50s v8 60 midget. Just got over selling my 48 coupe but i needed another building and my daughters tuition was coming up. I also collect flathead speed parts and anything I can get my hands on. All my buddies are atleast twice my age, they helped me stay out of alot of trouble and got me in to a little too! My grandfather took me under his wing and i am blessed to still have him arround, he has been building cars and flatheads since he was 13. I wish I could only know half of what he has forgot. I see the importance of listening to the old storys, tricks and lies of the older generation. I always hear stories about I had one of those but i sold it, all the regrets, thats why i very very rarely part with anything. I get the people ask how does someone your age have a car like that or is that your grampaws car. I tell them hell no I worked my ass off to have it.
24 here, 57 Chevy hardtop, '50 shoebox, have owned/daily driven/built countless other old cars on a no money budget.
