what product do you guys recommend for the undercoating? I just had my inner fenders sand blasted and they are ready for paint and undercoating. I was just wondering if anyone recommends anything? Thanks

3m #08881 undercoating(rattle can) best. all the others I've used never dry/stay sticky.
I'm actually going to use bedliner to "undercoat" mine

I was painting my undercarriage, so zinc phosphate first, and after por-15'ing, I applied an adhesive promoter, then a paintable water based undercoating that's applied with a shultz-type sprayer that screwed onto the can. I really liked the water based undercoating, it was made in Italy if I remember, but when I went back for some more it was no longer available.
So, if you are planning on painting the undercoating, make sure it's made to do that. Some are not.

Guy I got my 57 from said he used that gravel guard stuff that they spray on the lower areas behind the wheels. Don't really know what he used but the stuff is indestructible.

  10. usley paint with same paint I use on the car.
On the one I bead blast the under side, but do not dissemble, I use tractor paint from tractor supply add the hardener (mat)
let dry a coppel day the coat with Trans stare rubberized under coat ($50 gal)
The oil base tractor paint is around $25 hardener another $28 and a little reducer sticks to everything
