yeah I really like the chop on the black car, with the slightly raked b pillars. Marty, thats what I was thinking about the 52 back glass, shouldnt be too far off from the 53 business coupe...The yellow car looks good, but the b-pillars are too slanted.

Here's a couple of pics of a '54 Pontiac (Canadian version) that I started about 7 years ago. It's chopped 2 1/2" at the windshield and 3" at the rear. I used the smaller rear window from a '53 Chevy 150.

    J,
here's a few of the latest pics of the car. I don't have any actual profile shot's of it..just these..

I did it much like i think it was 60's Style said..
I slid the roof forward, canted the 'B's to meet the movement forward, laid the post's inward to meet the roof, and laid the back glass forward to make the flow.

I cut it 5" in front and about 5 1/2 in the rear. If your only going to chop it 2 or 3 inches, it should be a lot easier than mine..
The angles won't be as radical to match up..

Also, tha earlier chevy back lite and tin would be a great choice too.. it's gonna be a little bit closer to the 53-54 chevy's crown than the ford's..basically, the fords roof is narrower than the chevy's, so the glass has more of a curve to it..
    just something to think about.

Good luck guy's and TAKE PICS!!!!!
I wanna see [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Hey tony! Thanks for the pics, man your car looks good. Im thinking in the neighborhood of 4 and a half out of the front and well bring the back down to where it looks right. Yeah I wanna move to roof forward, I havent seen many chops that look good with the a pillars laid back. Makes it look fugly to me. If Im even half way lucky I'll end up with a cross between your car and J.J.'s.... Im exited.

Oh yeah Your tailight bezels have a good home! -J.
