SOLD Offered is an old Uni Syn carb setting tool. You put it over the mouth of the carb and see where the ball rises to. It is like an Argon flow meter for a TIG rig. Then put it on another carb and adjust the carb for the same rise. I used one on a 4 carb rig to get all of them idling with the same flow. The wheel in the center can move up and down for different flow rates. It originally had a piece of rubber on the flange. It is not really needed but a piece of rubber gasket would fix it. The gl*** tube has some distress but it is fine.
