Projects United Pacific 5W Deuce Build

  1. Do you have any photos where you drilled to install your shroud? I don't want to make a mistake and punch a hole in the wrong location.

    Four hex head, slotted sheet metal screws with washers on each side.

    The side frame on the Walker radiator is about 3/8" or 1/2" wide. Those core tube's behind the frame can't pass air, so they are made to not hold coolant, which provides area to mount a shroud.

    Curious, are you going to attach the 2 pieces of the shroud to each other after installing ?
