Technical Unknown emblem on my fenders ,does anybody recognize them

I have these emblems on the top of my fenders. I dont think they belong there. Can anybody identify them please and thank you

Kind of has the "forward look" that Mopar used in the late 50's

 

Maybe even a stylized Comet or Meteor. What kind of car are they on?

Reminds me of a logo I have seen on a bike somewhere

 

my guess is early 1960's, Pep Boys or J.C. Whitney.

That looks like them ,strange thing to be puting on the top of the fenders of a 57 ford, but hey they look ok there. Thanks for solving the mystery.

I was about to say it was rather Chrysler Forward Look- ing, but I guess I got here late. Nevermind.
Ok Ford- but it still does have a similarity to plymouth chrysler emblem.

WHY BE ORDINARY ?

 

Can't see where they are located on your fender tops for sure; but if that is the corner of the windshield in the pocture; maybe they are covering mirror mount holes.
