I'm a hard core Deuce nut but tell us about the Falcon, the upside down front bumper reminds me of a serious road racer. HRP
Howdy, yes sir, it is a hard core throwback road racer. Just about finished after several hard work years. It's a '62/'63 Falcon. Small block/dry dump, six speed, tiger quick change, shell body with stressed cage, suspension is short track goodies grafted on. Built for fun only. Not serious bumper tag. (It is licensed for the street for the occasional parking lot do). Makes great noise, goes fast, looks Kool. But, what's in the cooler is most important for a week end out. I'ma Deucer too, but I'ma '62 Deucer too. Sent from my XT1710-02 using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
The Falcon looks like a candidate for the Mexican Road Race, one of the coolest Falcons I've ever seen.
Gots one, for those open track days. Just outa car to finish plumbing. Sent from my XT1710-02 using The H.A.M.B. mobile app

Good observation. A petpeve of mine is not putting holes in the body. Any body. I got caught on this one. Right rear deck had previously antenna installed. Hole big enough like drilling for oil. So I converted to a flip top gas filler. Covered the issue and no paint and body work. Close call. Paint was done in late '70's. Sphincter muscle has had a work out trying to not hurt it while building. Sent from my XT1710-02 using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Wow. Brief stop at shop today and got slammed by the very strong odor of China rubber. Putting in gas line yesterday used some fresh braided hose from one of the big three purveyors. Never in my 60+ years of using braided hose for all conceivable applications have I encountered the proverbial China rubber smell. Disappointing. Need USA made....no Sent from my XT1710-02 using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
