I decided to see if we could get the engine running before pulling from the chassis. So I pulled and cleaned the plugs, sprayed WD-40 in the cylinders, hooked a 6 volt battery up, cranked it over to check for stuck valves and for spark. So far so good. While cranking the oil cap on the oil filter was loose and puked oil all over, so it has oil pressure. Then I drained the oil and nothing but oil came out, another good sign. Refilled it with fresh oil and hooked up a fuel line to the fuel pump with a funnel at the other end. We cranked it over till it filled the carb with fuel. Cranked 5 more times and it started! It sat there idling on all 8 and ran like a champ. I let it run for less than a minute until it ran out of gas. Unbelieveable after sitting for 20 years! This is so cool!

Was just sitting there waiting for a smart feller like yourself to crank it over. Good luck with it.
