Also Corey, been meaning to say, I wonder if that carb was set up for alchohol or something...have you ever pulled the jets out (if it has any)? Just wondering beings theres not way to hook up an accelerator pump on that first one....we'll take care of that though!

I will have to find out where it went. Yes, save her indeed. I don't know what he was thinking with some of that stuff?

I will have to check the jets. Good point. I did notice a possible hole to hook the spring, then also a spot where it looks like they might have had something to bole the accelerator pump arm on.

Carbs are like a foreign language to me. I was talking to Uncle Max about what set-up to run on the B. He's going to build me some 81s (at least 1) to suit the B. I think, most likely, it'll get an aftermarket head (something period) and a couple other goodies.

Man, I've got a bunch to learn about fuel set-ups.

I'm running two 81's. I never run chokes on anything, just give it a couple pumps.

So I got the carbs all rebuilt. I put everything on, and it ran terrible. I wound up swapping back to the old intake (single down draft). It would not even start with that. Come to find out, it fowled a couple plugs. Put a new set of plugs in, and swapped back to the duel down draft with the 81's. It fired right off. I got it running pretty good. I need to still play around with the linkage, make a better return spring, and make some kind of adapter for a sync tool. It runs good enough that I even got to whip it around the block:D

DUDE, that thing is so cool!!! I'm glad it all got worked out and it was just a couple fouled plugs. I'm digging this car so much!!! Your brother text me his progress last night at 2am and I went to sleep happy with that thing in my mind then I wake up to this....what more could you ask for??!!

Mechanicals properly sorted out will stop that coupe just fine. Done it twice now on cars I drove (and drive currently) the snot outta. Your coupe has a good look. Nice job.
