    P47 Thunderbolt Throttle Cluster. It'll run the choke, ignition, and start.

    Looks great!! Love the wheel! Once you hook all the controls up, no one will know how to drive your car but you!!!
     
  14. Douglas was building aircraft long before McDonnell (Not McDonald) got its start in the business and amalgamated with Douglas.
    I thik you will find that it is a DC-3 wheel, though the basic shape was used in a few of Douglas's aircraft.

    Cool idea,one thing I can tell you you won't like the wheel. We put one just like it in our Hamb dragster. It was a ***** to turn even in a dragster that goes straight most of the time.

    Great job guys. The 38 Plymouth grille and the poly motor (along with the killer interior) are nice touches.

    i love that motor. i have a hy-fire 270 poly in my plymouth. very cool, strong as hell and reliable. i've only seen one other in an open hood car....

    Friends, swap meets, aircraft websites. Lots of places. Ebay even for some of the stuff.
