Thanks! I'm sure it's because it's the first interior work my wife and I ever attempted that we're just not getting the clips right. The luan fit great before the foam and vinyl went on but now I think because my pleats are so thick 1/2" it's hard for them to hold in the middle of the door because it curves there which is why I started thinking that trim screws might be an option for me. Really I bet if I spent a whole day refitting everything it would fit fine.

I appreciate it and like I said it looks so good.

there are different depth clips, maybe you need the deeper ones, also try bending them open a little more, ill get some pcs of the clips my wifes uses.

I had TAP Plastics in San Leandro,Ca make me a Transparent Blue "YO-YO" shift knob for the Old Hurst Stick.I took down the NOS Red Two piece knob for them to match. They did a pretty decent job, doesn't quite fit as nice as the original and the plastic dowels they made broke off in the shifter handle when I tried to install it.It will still do the trick though.[IMG]

    That car is soooo sweet!

    Something I noticed...

Are you missing the panel below the decklid that catches the water runoff?

It looks like all of the water will go right into the trunk?
