update pic of my shovel and a pic of Dads Injun

    Just thought I would post a pic of my bike after I lowered the rear down about 2 inches, i may do a Tech on how I did it later on. The Indian is a '43 military 30.5 cu thats been civilianizedand bored out to 40cu, it was his first Resto he did on a Injun(about 1980-81)the next one was a stroker(57 cu) '40 sport scout.

    nice indian,gotta love the flattys.changing shock mounting points is a lot cheaper then short shocks,popular mod.

    That's really tucked up in there...the only way to go. Did you lower the fender in the struts too?
    ...and the Indian, well what can ya say? Can I ride it?

    It sure did Limey [​IMG] , it's been sitting for about 6 months so when I was rolling the engine over(I was putting solid coversions in the lifters)it decided to "let loose".
    Impala53, if you look close at the fender you can see the old mounting holes, the fender really isn't dropped it's just rolled back further.
