That is really really cool. Nice job man, can't wait to see it all together. I'm about to fit a 41 Merc dash in my 31 roadster and this is great inspiration/motivation.

  6. It's been a long time, but IIRC the 57-59 wheels are the same and you can interchange horn rings. The 56 wheel is different so you can't use those. There's also two horn rings for these; the manual steering ring and the power steering ring, the latter will say 'power steering' on it.

Thanks guys but my friend is who gets the final credit for making the dash and stuff look this nice. He is a Hamb member Raffman and I am thankful for what he has done for me on this car. I look up to him a lot and hope to be as good as he is someday :D

Today I hope that I get the polishing on engine all finished up. Throughout the week I am hoping to get the new dash cluster all wired up then I can begin to install everything.

Thanks everyone. I am hoping to have the engine and gauge stuff done before I have to leave and then I will be back to installing the dash this weekend maybe all depends on how my 13 yr old son makes out with his Heart catheterization this Thursday.

Well the engine clean up is just about done. should have it finished today and then the wiring for the new cluster tonight. I just hope Thursday we get good news for my son it has been 7 months and still no major changes in his heart so this is the next step to seeing what they can do for him.

    Thanks k5hart :D

I had the door handles removed today. A friend of mine has been bugging me and said he would do it for me while I am working on the other stuff.
