upside down Moroso valve covers?

I picked up some BBC valve covers, they are Moroso, chrome aluminum and heavy. All the holes, pcv and oil fill, are on the bottem of the valve cover under the Moroso Script. I have never seen any made like this. It looks like they stamped the logo backwards?? Any ideas from the old heads? I did search the forum.
