Or ..better yet..100 HAMBers show up at this guys "place of Business" and ask him nicely to get it back..so no one has to spend more time building what he already owns

I understand what your saying, and your heart is in the right place, but this would just allow this theif to relax and get away with the crime and injustice to this man, and from where i come from..thats unaceptable

I have a hard time acepting that a Huge group of HAMBers,, Texas Hambers no less... wouldnt step up to support this guy and his loss...the owner is not alone in classic theft..Hell, Chris Casny just had his 57 bird stolen..this is getting epidemic people..

doesnt it say somewhere on this foum.."steal our stuff..we'll kick your teeth in" or something to that fact?..time to back it up...especially if a HAMBer is involved, he knows what he's dealing with, no simpathy here

if the person that knows has kids, threaten him with reporting him for child abuse, dosen't have to be real, dept of family and children services gets involved, and his life gets turned up side down. just as a starter. can be over the phone, you don't have to give a name.

  4. Texas used to have a reputation... it must have fallen onto the list of "kinder gentler" states.

I'm not sure Montana has found itself there....yet

has anyone thought to ask around to all the guys selling "historical documents"? maybe a 1951 paper sent to the austin area in the last few months? they might not want to give up any details due to the lets say "sensitive" nature of what they sell but it's worth a try. i'm sure the reputable guys wouldn't want thier product used to help a thief. even getting just a first name could help. good luck man.

  6. What a bitch!! It's probably cruisin' the streets of Nuevo Laredo, the sons a bitches!!

  7. I just moved to TX, but a neighbor of mine had his kid come home one day and the school called him cause the kid said "he gets hit". BAM...the parents are labeled sex offenders. And until the matter is cleared up they have it on the record. Turned out he was getting beat up and hit by his brother.

But man or man....they got screwed for 3 weeks.

  8. At this point screw him, he either is stringing you along or is an idiot. To lead you this far and then clam up? Something isnt adding up...

post his info! post his info! post his info!

  10. I don't think the tipsters info should be posted. Too many loose nut jobs lurking!

Too hard to make a productive/organized effort to influence the tipster.

However, if one of the Austin locals would PM 1lowtrk for the info and round up a couple HAMB or club members and make a weekly visit to the guys business and POLITELY request the name/location.

Come on Austin!, 1lowtrk is one of us and he is hanging in the wind! Make a quick list of candidates for the visit and step up.

Given the "tipster" had the truck in his "place of business" for some time and then decided to wipe his hands clean and ordered it out and then provided the "tip" tells me he is as complicite as the scum bag that stole it. He just wants out and to stay clean with his buddies/relatives by not being a rat. Cops should be pushing him hard for the info!
