Thank you! Tell me, does the German government prevent modifications to vehicles? All those cars look completely stock.
Not 'prevent', but they don't exactly make it easy. There are lots of rules, but in the end, it comes down to finding the right guy to approve whatever you've done. A lot of the testers are just testers (not engineers) and it's easier for them to say "no" than to actually try to help you, or understand what you're doing. On the other hand, some pretty wild stuff does get registered.
