Hope I put this in the right section...Has any one selling or buying a vehicle used Keysavvy. Third party to help with dealing with monies and title and shipping of cars. I'm trying to vet this company before I use them. I sold a car to a person and they want to use this company, never heard of them or used them. Thanks up front!

Looks like they're maybe a dealer, not really an escrow service from reviews.

I just skimmed through the site, seems right.
Says you get funds when the vehicle is picked up.

Now it also said as a seller you have a fee as well. 99$? I think it was, plus loan payoff if any.

Seems as once it’s picked up, you get paid.
Now, I’d have to contact Keysavvy and see what would happen if the buyer got the vehicle and wasn’t “fully satisfied”.
Ie are you responsible for transport back, etc.

Whatever you hear from them on the phone, make sure you get it in writing, it’s probably in their contract you’ll have to sign, so read it over.

I don't see the advantage to the seller. There's also a $99 fee to settle any loans and then there is this-"KeySavvy processes transactions as a dealer by buying the vehicle from the seller and selling it to the buyer. This process enables us to verify titles, issue temporary permits and access DMV data that would otherwise be inaccessible.". What if the buyer won't accept the vehicle as previously asked? At what point does the seller relinquish ownership?

I've never sold a car that was too expensive to accept cash for it.
once that cash is in my hand the buyer can do whatever the fuck they want.

  6. Sounds a bit scammy to me...

If it's enough money to worry about and anything looks questionable, I'll go look in person. Depending on third parties is the path to problems IMO.
