I think that's one of those Speedway Motors fiberglass Vicky bodies that were once common for Super Modified oval cars and are now used quite a bit on Mud & Sand dragsters.
Are the dogs part of the deal??? The trouble is some tree hugger will probably buy it all and sell it to some Chinese steel company as scrap.
I like trees, and, I want to protect the environment so my kids and grandkids can someday enjoy what I have. Guess that makes me a tree-hugger. On the other hand,I am not in favor of selling all our scrap to the overseas market or selling rare or desirable car parts to anybody for scrap. But even tree huggers can do the math and at $200/ton for scrap, you'd need 7,500 tons of metal. I didn't see that. And that's not including shipping. This guy may sell it for scrap, but I think he's just fishing.
I was there last week. Narrowly avoided the stroke when the hood came up on the Imperial with the 331 hemi Really nice guy, got the yard tour... He has some real gems and some that are probably only good for scrap. Prices per item were kinda high but most of the speed stuff was stored inside so was in great shape. The dogs looked at me like I owed them money... Flatman
