Projects Used transmission sale gone wrong.

THIS is why there are barns full of parts all over America....because people always expect to get more than what they pay for.....NEVER again, none of my stuff is for sale, DON'T ASK...I won't sell it. I'm going out to the garage and loading everything I have in the back of my pick-up and making a S**** RUN....screw it.

On the other side, the "kid" you are speaking of is a handful.
He often speaks of the "donated parts" he has received for his project ..... his "blessings", as he describes his gifts.
Perhaps if the ****** was originally donated to him, there would not be a squabble now.

 

In Minnesota, if you win in Small Claims Ct. it still doesn't mean he will get his money, often times they don't pay, nobody cares. He bought this used ****** as is, that's it, it's his now, keep the measly $100.

I don't think he is expecting more than he paid for - YOU sold him what you said was a T-350, it was NOT a T-350! He is only expecting What he paid for, and he did not get that! Whether you knew it or not is irrelevant, you didn't deliver on your promise, which was a T-350 and matching TC. You made the mistake, I believe you weren't Trying to screw anyone, but you did, so Man Up and give him his money back. Sorry, but this is your fault

 

that's why i try give my extra **** to my buddies or even their buddies. it's just not worth selling inexpensive mundane parts anymore.
