UTC time zone in our preference

How do I get the correct time reading on the Hamb? I was checking out a post from yesterday morning AM but it reads like it was posted last night at 8:25 PM and it shows I posted at 8:39 PM.

I've never noticed this until now , I just posted this and checked my message and it says posted a moment ago ,now time stamp.

I would like to have what I do in real time, how do I set the time? HRP

When you hover over the ribbon that gets you to your profile, the 5th option down in the right column is PREFERENCES. Click that and right at the top is the time zone setting.

 

I can not find the twilight zone setting that would suit my present location. Any suggestions?
