    Saw quite a few cars I remember seeing from my youth. The Casper Y out of Ed Wynn’s garage, Riska’s Yellow X, Sharkey’s 44, and others. Thanks for the memories…

  4. This is the crash that ended Bill Wimble's racing career at Lebanon Valley in 1968.

    He was hit so hard it stopped his watch! He owned it until his death I believe this wife gave it to one of the Northeast racing museums.

  5. The car was owned by McCredy Motors (Chevrolet dealer) Sherburne NY they to towed with a 56 Cadillac Factory Limo, they ran weekly at Utica-Rome, Fonda, and Albany-Saratoga (Malta) and all the NASCAR National Modified-Sportsman races.

    'smokes. wonder he made it through that one. quite a difference in the before 7 after shots.

    lots of surfers used hearses to haul their gear in the 1960s. would have been in poor taste if pit crews did the same.
