V12 Lincoln question

Hi everyone, my buddy is building a 30 Ford roadster on a 32 frame with a 48 Lincoln flat 12. He wants to know if anyone has ever used a 50 Ford 3spd overdrive trany with that motor? Any help is appreciated. rankeh

 

Anything you can bolt up to a Flathead 8 you can bolt up to a flat Lincoln V 12. Cornhuskers Hot Rods offers a kit to run a T5 5 speed behind the Flathead. Thats the way to go.
