    Hello, I'm a new member. I have a 1930 roadster that I want to put a

1950 flathead V8 in. Can anyone give me any help with this swap?

(dimentions, where to place mounts, what to watch out for, etc.)

Also,I am using a dropped axle with cross steering. THANK YOU bill

Always good to get more HAMBers. If you haven't checked out the "How to Build a Traditional Ford Hot Rod " by Mike Bishop & Vern Tardel you should get a copy. They used the older 46 thru 48 59A motor in it which is easier to fit in a model A but it will give you a lot of ideas for setting up a flathead in there. Cross steering is not as traditional as the old fore & aft type but to each there own I say. As ironfly28 mentioned, searches should find plenty of information or just post up new questions as they come.
