The Y block to C-4 adapters require a case filled so I have lined up one for free that came from behind a 250 six, does anyone know if there is anything different in a six trans where it would not work right behind a V8. I am planning on using it behind the 351 that is now in the car and then bolting it to the Y block when its ready.

V8 C4s had 5 forward friction clutches and 4 direct friction clutches. Most 6 cylinder C4s that I have rebuilt have 4 forward frictions and 3 direct frictions. Will it survive behind a V8 heavier car?, don't know.
