VA Driveshaft help

    any VA guys here know were I can get a driveshaft shortened? I was going to attempt to do it myself, but I think this might be a job for a professional.
    thanks fo any help guys.
    Oh the center to center is 53" and i need it shortened to 51.5"
     
  2. Check with Drive Line Service up in Springfield, Get hold of Steve Corley, He made mine for My Merc, That's His specialty and He's a gearhead, I'm sure He'll treat You right.

    They're just off the east side of the DC Beltway (#495). They shortened and rebalanced one for my '55 Chevy and have done work for Tommy as well. Good work, reasonable price and quick (one day) turnaround.
