Art & Inspiration vacuum cleaner paint sprayer

I’m pretty sure this is the vacuum my cousin and I used to paint my grandmother’s engine. I had the vacuum up until about 5 yrs ago. You can see the paint sprayer. It was actually a pretty cool looking art deco piece.

I don't know about painting cars, but I guy who worked for me had his wife cut his hair at home. She used a gadget called a "Flo-Bee" that ran off the end of the vacuum cleaner hose.

After the first week, he looked OK.

 

I saved a zillion dollars using a flowbee on my sons and myself...

 

Later redesigned and marketed as The **** Kut . . .

 

When I was a kid, my Mom had a Kirby . The box with all the attachments was stored in my bedroom closet. It had the sprayer but it was never used.
A friend of mine has one of those turbine sprayer set-ups. He's into vintage airplanes and likes it for spraying airplane paint.
