    These parts have been ordered for over a month. Eric told me they shipped out on 03 12 10 but NO parts. Keep hearing everything is good BULL He won't contact me even though he says he has. Won't answer his phone or even send a PM BUT he has plenty of excuses.

    Bored&Stroked knows what he is talking about. I have been in business for over 15 years. And you can't take care of your "family" if you don't make a living.

    I Sure wouldn't do any business with Riley Auto UNTILL he gets this worked out. I know I will never spend my hard earned money with him again.

    I think there is some country song that goes something like this BWTF I was always a little bit countryfied any way. Get back on your game when you're ready tuck in your string and start selling some parts. We will wait for the only guy in the business that actually picks up the phone and talks personally with his customers.

    Thanks for letting us know about the troubles.

    Are there no buddies nearby who could step in and help out, at least ship the easy stuff?

Before you know it everything will be back to normal and I hope the health issues work out. Some people just don't understand what it takes to run a 1 Man Show !! It's like when your so sick you can't get your head out of the toilet nobody understands and it's not like you have a lap top and an address book in the ****ter so you can return all of the calls !! I'll be taking the wife out to dinner soon and she said Denver would be a good choice !!! See you soon !!! >>>>.

    Ditto Never so much as a phone call email or pm from this guy Though he can take the time to post his problems. Not the way to run a business. One man operation or not. If you say you are going to ship on a certain day at least let someone know it didn't happen. I think most people are understanding as long as you let them know what is going on.Oh by the way I still havn't heard from him even though he tells people he has talked to me.:mad:

    he has helped me pretty much every step of the way on my build..always shipped my parts..yaa some took longer than others..like my frame...but every question stupid or not he always answered.. was and is pretty helpful...and really wants you to finish your build..really seems to care..i think he is a good guy...

    Well you read the ***le of this thread and it sounds like he knows he hit a little bump in the road. I hope you two work it out. I knew of none of his short comings and I have been dealing with Eric for the past 2 weeks and I will say both Eric and the frame guy delivered and I could not have been happier. The best money I have spent in years. 100 percent satisfaction on my end.
    Eric, remember, nobody likes a quitter (unless it's the smokes) good for you. And thanks for the great service especially with all the craziness. The rails look awesome man, thanks again Royale Brougham.

    Your credit card was charged for the parts on 3-18-10
    That was (from tonight) 17 days.
    Only 11 working days.

    Do you remember your credit card didn't work?
    I would not send parts out ahead of time.

    Actually I prefer to give you a refund.
    I don't want anything to do with that guy or his son.(or you)
    Good luck with what you recieve from that nut job.

    Caution to everyone to be carfull of buying parts from Riley. He was slow to ship the first time I did business but nothing like this. He charged the credit card on the 18th BUT the parts were ordered at the first of March Was told that the parts would ship 3/19/10 Guess what still no parts. I think that all Riley is is a middle man. Looks like he dosn't stock anything but only orders it from his vendor when he gets enough for an order. AND YES HE HAS LIED TO US MORE THAN ONCE. Funny how we were able to order all the other parts from other vendors with no pronlems at all

    I know Eric personally and consider him a friend. I think he is making the right decision looking at the big ****ing stink you are making here.

    Bet you would make a stink also if you ordered parts over a month ago and never so much as a pm from this guy. I haven't attacked him. Just stated the facts. Remember I was told the parts would ship on the 12 on march.
    He may have done good before But now is a different story. I had called Eric 5 times and never a response. Now that I post all this on the HAMB he can take the time to call ??????

    Furthermore He charged the parts to a credit card on the 18 But NEVER shipped the parts WTF Tell me that is honest

  19. Best advise is to not expect anything, reverse the charges on your credit card and move on. I'm sure you've already ordered parts from somebody else (or should) - Eric surely doesn't have the market cornered by any means.

    Time will tell where Eric's head is at and what his business means or doesn't going forward. No use beating this horse any further . . .
