Well hi y'all. Single White Male, 30, seeks unattached Ford or Chevy between the ages of 56-77 years old. Must like to go for long fast drives, enjoy rockabilly music and have a great backseat technique. My name's Tucker and I work for the Human Resources Director at a small art college here in Columbus, Ohio; love the job, hate the paycheck. But it gets me fed and puts parts on the table, so I can't complain. I've kinda jumped off the deep end, frankly. Dad never did anything with cars, unless you count makin' time with Mom way back when. So no doubt you will be amazed that a man who can ask so many dumb questions is actually able to dress himself (I do need help with cufflinks sometimes). But I try to make sure I do my research before I open my yap. I sometimes wish real-life had a search ****on in the top right corner of the sky! I have a 1949 Fleetline that I'm planning on customizing myself, unless Boyd does pro bono work?! I'm working on getting her into daily driver shape first--doing the 12v conversion, adding things like turn signals and seat belts and getting everything in shape to be drivable. This winter I hope to build a better engine and do some other mechanical upgrades, and start on the bodywork next spring. I'm going to chop her, and do some custom tricks but nothing over the top. And no Honda taillights. I also want to get a little A roadster to go get groceries with. Okay, to go get beer with. I'm looking forward to learning and maybe contributing something to this thing we call the HAMB. Let the skewering of the FNG begin!
Welcome Tucker I'm near youngstown. See ya at Goodguys. Is your car a driver? let's see some pics of it...
Welcome. Lets see some pics of the car. That way we can point and laugh when we see it at the Goodguys show, just kidding. What college do you work at?
