yeah, i'm trying to ignore the boneheads. that first trans oil change freaked me out but then after i got the trans bolted properly to the bellhousing the wear on my bearings stopped. i talked to a guy who rebuilds T5's and i might drive up there and buy one from him as a B/U trans. so far so good though with this trans. it shifts fine and makes no noise. after some more test rides, i'll be ready to take it on a long haul.
