I went to that site a couple of years ago when I was scammed along with several others on Ebay. The guy had 100% positive feedback with over 100 feedbacks and I guess either died or just decided it was time to keep the money and run. I never did know what happened, but about 30 (that I know of) responded to this site, and left our info.
Well, the only time I ever got ripped off on the internet was 4 years ago. I doubt they can help me out. Ironically enough, I was trying to purchase a CD for a high school research paper about security on the internet ...
