cool ride, especially injected motor. don't see '51 Ford dashboards in early rides too often, good music. very boring part of the world.
I thought you were going to old cars and parts for a second, but ya looped around to ababba. I like that truck man.
Did you do the electronic conversion on the Hilborns ? How hard was it to do and how does it run ? Nice rpu by the way. Don
Does my heart good to see a fellow grey hair behind the wheel!! You did ask for your discount at the parts counter didn't you? Cool vid and ride thanks for sharing!
thanks for the ride along. i want to get my car done so I can drive. working on them is fun, but i want the sound, smell, feel of being behind the wheel. soon....
Cool video. About half way through I got my bearings and realized you were cruising the streets of the Zone. Bitchin.
I love the comment section of video "what music is that it goes great with video'' I don't know it's only SRV the greatest guitar player to ever walk the face of the earth!
Wow, thanks for all the kudos! I didn't think much of it when I threw it up here. On the fuel injection: I did the conversion using some '60's Hilborns that came off of a Bonneville car when the owner upgraded to a larger set. I used a Megasquirt II ECU kit that I purchased from Do It Yourself Auto Tune and soldered together myself. I recommend it if you really want to learn about how these systems work. Here's a couple of other videos that I've done regarding this project. http://youtu.be/XxJD5StLDH0 http://youtu.be/O1FPT8jIbe8
