Vin id

Hi Folks,
Where do I go to decode the VIN # ( 097HT205553 SP ) on my 49 F 4 truck. I have looked at several sites and came up with nothing because it is not a 17 dit #.

7H = 226 6 Cylinder Engine
T = 1 Ton Truck
205553 = Sequential Build

SP is not part of the serial number though it is on the rating plate. The 'SP' is for the ***embly plant, St. Paul, MN

By the way, Google is your friend. My book didn't have the ***embly plant and I found it the first site I looked at.
