Vintage “Low Boy” Oil Lubester. I’ve never seen one of these table-tops models. Came from an old gas station/garage in East Los Angeles, CA.

Complete. Made In The USA. Does have a pretty good dent on the top of the storage box (see pics). Everything moves freely.
