Probably in 60-61 designing stage of the 62 Chevy ll... testing the look of an El Camino against Fords Falcon Ranchero.. would have worked but I’m glad they went with the Chevelle.

In the article Goldy but Goody is referring to the be Merc but it has door handles, when painted light green it has no door handles. Not sure if it means something or not.. I like Pats articles and look forward to each one..
