The photo may be Dorthy Olsen the last living(until July 23, 2019) wasp pilot. When Dorthy was interviewed during the program she mentioned she flew 14 different types of aircraft.
WASPs were invaluable for ferrying planes from manufacturing plants to Army Airforce bases (and some Allied bases) during WW II. Unfortunately, the were not recognized by the War Department as military personnel, so they got no honors or benefits during or after the war. They even had to but their own uniforms! Several died in service. They were a great help to the war effort.
Dick Bertolucci from Sacramento restyled this 1947 Cadillac convertible for Tony Sestito. When it was time for the padded top and new interior the car was driven to Oakland for the full Hall treatment in 1953-54.
