c.1944 - Recreation Center for Vanport, Oregon, a town a built originally for WWII ship builders was totally destroyed in 1948 a levee break flood on the Columbia River. Note sign over the door as the Center, it was used as a shared space for different religious congregations.
That's what is missing in the lives of our youth, outdoor winter activities. Sitting in front of the TV and playing games is fulltime thing.
