I believe it’s an fiberglass replica of a 1932 Austin American Bantam roadster.

I think this was at the 2nd Super Stock & Drag Illustrated magazine Race on Long Island where Pete Gates was the upset winner over Dyno Don. I went with my cousins & Dad who did the long drive, thanks Dad, Great race, all the great drivers of the era were there.
