    This is a purpose built rail car for spraying the road bed. The substance it is spraying is probably for weed control. It is connected to tank cars that can reasonably be ***umed to contain the substance that is being sprayed.

    Years ago large freighters plied the Chicago River regularly. Google “Medusa Challanger, Chicago River bridges”, the M/C seemed to have a curse on bridges.
