According to the Dodgers schedule for 1962, the team played a doubleheader in Philadelphia that night, but we know that the Angels used the stadium (calling it Chavez Ravine Stadium) as their home field from 1962 to 1965, and according to the Angels schedule, the Halos hosted the Yankees that evening.
